Our client is looking for a HSE Site Lead to join their growing team.

If you are an ambitious Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional looking to make a visible impact in a fast-paced environment, then this may be the role for you.

You will work closely with the Group HSE Manager & site leadership team, in a blend of hands-on site leadership, trend analysis, & operations administration.

Main duties include

  • Conduct site risk assessments, review colleague hazard reports & compliance across the business
  • Analyse HSE data to identify areas for improvement, escalating risks when necessary
  • Lead by example, and advocate for HSE controls
  • Maintain updated HSE reports
  • Training - Support site inductions Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum IOSH Occupational Health & Safety Qualification (working towards a NEBOSH Certificate)
  • Experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
  • Previous supervisory experience ideal
  • Desire to work in an entry/mid-level H&S role
