Key Account Manager – Home-Based Location: Home-based with occasional travel Are you an experienced Key Account Manager with a passion for building strong relationships and driving operational excellence? We’re looking for a proactive professional to lead customer engagement and deliver outstanding service across UK and European markets. What You’ll Do: * Act as the primary point of contact for business-as-usual activities, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution. * Drive continuous improvement through data insights and strategic initiatives. * Manage complex accounts, oversee range change processes, and deliver high-quality client presentations. * Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in buying, merchandising, operations, supply chain, and analytics. * Lead crew engagement programs, marketing initiatives, and support commercial growth strategies. What We’re Looking For: * Minimum 3 years’ experience in account management within airline retail, retail, or similar sectors. * Strong financial acumen with P&L experience. * Proven ability to manage complex accounts * Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis. * A self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a bias for action.
