Our client is a dynamic construction company looking to expand their Project Management team. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality construction projects across the UK. Due to their growing portfolio of projects, we are seeking to speak with driven and detail-oriented Junior Project Managers.
As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a key role in the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of construction projects. You will be responsible for liaising with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires a high level of communication, the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and a willingness to drive across the UK to monitor project progress and provide on-site assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and tracking of project plans, schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Read, understand, and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained and complies with company standards and industry regulations.
- Assist with risk management, identifying potential issues and developing solutions.
- Attend on-site meetings and conduct site visits as necessary to oversee project progress.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
