An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join a busy, operationally focused environment supporting high-volume hiring. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys ownership, pace and structure. You’ll be responsible for coordinating recruitment activity, maintaining compliance standards, and acting as a key point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders. This is a full time, site based role working 8am - 4pm.
The Role
- Coordinating recruitment administration from application through to onboarding
- Managing Right to Work, DBS and compliance documentation
- Booking and overseeing assessments, tests and pre-employment checks
- Preparing contracts and maintaining accurate candidate records
- Acting as first point of contact for candidate queries (email, phone and in person)
- Chasing outstanding paperwork and confidently following up where required
- Supporting recruitment events and assessment activity as needed
About You
- Proven experience in recruitment administration or compliance-focused HR support
- Strong understanding of Right to Work and DBS processes
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with high volumes and deadlines
- Professional, resilient and able to push back when necessary
