HR Advisor – 6 Month FTC (Employee Relations Focus) Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations and a background in unionised environments? We\’re hiring an HR Advisor for a 6-month fixed-term contract to support a number of operational sites across Greater London. What You’ll Be Doing: * Managing ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance etc) * Advising managers on HR policies and employment law * Supporting audits, restructures, and TUPE projects * Building relationships with managers and trade unions * Delivering training and contributing to HR projects What We’re Looking For: * 1–2+ years of ER experience, able to manage cases end-to-end * Confident communicator with excellent writing and influencing skills * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unionised environment * CIPD qualification Even though it is an initial FTC, our client offers a great benefits package along with a possible hybrid working available after induction, (1–2 days/week from home) This is a very customer facing, relationship building role.
