Our client is an international retailer looking for a Retail Micro Space Planner Supervisor to lead a talented team and drive commercially impactful micro space strategies across multiple retail categories.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Being the micro space planner subject matter expert, relating to planning tools and systems.
- Leading, developing and coaching a small team of micro space planners.
- Delivering data-driven planograms that maximise sales, margin and ROI.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across commercial, operations, finance and brand teams.
- Owning performance reporting and turning insight into action.
- Influencing macro space decisions through micro-level analysis.
- Presenting to senior leadership and shaping future store development.
