Our client is a multisite logistics company and has a need for an ER/HR Advisor. The job is a varied and busy role supporting a business going through change. This is a site-based customer-facing HR generalist role. Based in their Slough office, the role involves providing expert end-to-end ER support to site managers as well as assisting with various HR initiatives and projects.
Further aspects of the role include:
- Managing/advising ER cases (day-to-day and complex)
- Relationship building with key stakeholders
- Guiding and empowering managers through change
- Assisting in compiling key reports
- Supporting various HR projects
- TUPE support
- Employee engagement
- Visits to other sites
Previous experience:
- ER, ideally gained in a fast-paced unionised environment - desirable
- Someone with a strong and organised personality coupled with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a very busy/ever-changing environment
- Proven relationship building experience
- Able to travel
