Employee Relations Advisor

Are you looking for a varied HR / ER role where you are supporting ER in a positive environment? Our client is a multisite logistics/ company and have a need for an ER/ HR Advisor. This job is a varied and busy role supporting a business going through change. Supporting sites in North London, the role involves providing expert end to end ER support to site managers.

Further aspects of the role include;

• Managing/ advising on many ER cases (complex and day to day)

• Relationship building with key stakeholders

• Guiding and empowering managers through change

• Assisting in compiling key reports

• Supporting various HR projects

• Liaising with unions

• Employee engagement

• Previous experience in an end-to-end volume HR/ ER role,

• ER experience ideally gained in a unionised environment

• In a unionised environment

• Someone with a strong and organised personality coupled with a friendly and positive attitude.

• Ability to working in a very busy/ ever-changing environment

• Proven relationship building experience, * Employee relations: 2 years (required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £42,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
