Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Technician to join their growing team! If you are passionate about IT, have experience in 1st and 2nd line support, with solid infrastructure and systems support background and are comfortable operating in a broad, hands-on role, then this may be the position for you.

Requirements:

  • Experience providing 1st and 2nd line support.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and basic networking.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory and user/device administration.
  • Exposure to server administration, backups and routine maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to monitor systems and maintain technical documentation.
  • Provide first line IT support, log, investigate, resolve user incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs, escalating to higher support levels when needed.
  • Troubleshoot common software, hardware, and network issues faced by users, providing clear guidance and resolutions.
