Are you looking for a full time Office Administration role within private healthcare? If so, then this may be the role for you.

The Admission Officer duties will include:

  • Ensure the processes of all patient paperwork and administration
  • Greeting new patients as well as their families
  • Liaise with consultant and medical secretaries to ensure private medical insurance is in place
  • Updates patient details on the system
  • Handle external and internal admissions enquiries, directing queries as appropriate
  • Ensure all documents are filled out correctly

Requirements:

  • Competent in the use of Microsoft office
