Who are You?

We are looking for a Producer to join our friendly and fast paced agency to help us get through a busy period of new client & project wins.

You’re someone who can come in and hit the ground running, taking the lead where necessary as well and getting into the weeds of production.

Your Role

You’ll be leading production across2-3 different brands & projects that span a broad spectrum - Digital & Social Content Delivery, Events and Activations.

You’ll work as part of a project team, collaborating in all areas to deliver quality output.

Day to Day

  • Leading on Production across multiple projects.
  • Working closely with the project team to shape a project from outset.
  • Feasibility checking creative ideas from a production perspective against timings & budget.
  • Collaboration on production planning with CoCreators / Talent.
  • Owner of Production Budgets (£25-£100k) Allocation / Management / Tracking / Reporting.
  • Management of Production Suppliers - liaison, negotiation, briefing, day to day oversight.
  • Creation of Production Documents - Call Sheets / Run Of Shows / Risk Assessments.
  • Lead on PPM presentations where required.
  • Attendance at Shoots where required.
  • Day to day liaison with the internal project team throughout delivery.
  • Regular status updates to Client Services & Project DIrector..
  • Client facing where necessary.

About You

  • An eye for detail and quality output.
  • An ability to think outside the box and undertake production planning based on project need.
  • Skilled in solving production challenges with grace and flair.
  • A strong production planning ability to make the most of available time & budget.
  • A self starter who can lead production with experience and confidence.
  • Strong organisational skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to present where necessary to creatives / projects teams / clients alike.

Essential requirements and experience

  • Minimum two years production experience delivering content, events & activations.
  • Experience of delivering fast paced content output for social platforms.
  • Experience of working with talent & influencers is a bonus.
  • A strong blackbook of industry contacts who you have great relationships with.
  • Experience in production of digital marketing assets for websites / apps / emails.
