Overview

We're looking for a Junior Partnership Executive; someone with a passion for building connections between talent and brands - particularly in the culture, communities, music, entertainment and lifestyle spaces. You'll be working as part of the Partnerships team across a wide range of projects, helping to identify and secure talent for Campaigns, Activations, Branded & Social Content. In this role you'll work closely with the rest of the This Here team collaborating on projects whilst you get hands‐on with talent research, talent outreach, talent liaison as well as being involved in partnership strategy and planning. This is a great opportunity to develop your experience in talent partnerships, gain client‐facing experience, and be part of an ambitious, creative team.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic support across talent‐led projects
  • Supporting in Talent & Influencer research
  • Analysing their profile and network, and justifying why they're a good fit
  • Contributing to Talent Presentations
  • Talent Status Owner
  • Contributing to client talent status on your projects
  • Liaising with talent regarding project progression
  • Maintaining relationships with talent / talent managers
  • Fostering relationships with potential talent / talent managers
  • Actively building your network to facilitate seeding and hype opportunities
  • Growth of This Here's black book to widen our collective network
  • Support on talent contractuals & negotiations on projects
  • Contributing to Project Reporting & Evaluation (based on client needs)
  • Liaison with talent & talent managers on logistics during lead up to Event
  • Involvement in Event Talent Delivery supporting team across - Run‐of‐Show, Guest Lists, On the night support, Contribution to during and post‐event content capture and reporting
  • Contributing to agency pitches through Attendance at pitch creative brainstorm sessions around talent
  • Talent research and suggestions to align with new brands or opportunities
  • Keeping abreast of influencer trends and content
  • Being aware of competitors and their activity
  • Staying on top of general cultural trends
  • Day to day support for the partnership team when required
  • Ad‐Hoc Admin
  • Talent travel & accommodation bookings
  • Ownership of client's product inventory for brand seeding
  • Product ordering as needed for product seeding
  • Face to face meetings with talent at Showroom
  • Management of Showroom (Dependant on key events)

About You

As a Junior Partnerships Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting the Partnerships team, with a focus on brands in the outdoor, active, and lifestyle spaces. If you've got a passion for wellness and an eye for what's next, this is also a bonus. Be proactive in spotting partnership opportunities dependant on client and new talent within the outdoor, lifestyle, entertainment spaces. Stay plugged into trends, emerging talent, and market shifts, becoming the go‐to for insights in these areas. Take initiative in expanding your knowledge, from cultural news, wellness trends to the latest outdoor gear and experiences linked to fashion and lifestyle. Take pride and ownership of your work, whether it's outreach, relationship building, or project support.

This Here Day To Day

As an employee of This Here, you'll be involved in the day to day with the full agency team - Attendance at the office two days p/w minimum (Weds / Thurs), Attend internal company meetings such as all‐agency / Partnerships Team, Attendance to Newsroom Meetings & Team Events.

Experience, Key Skills & Network

This role is key in the day to day at This Here and the successful candidate will have:

  • 1 or more years experience or employment within an agency, brand, or talent environment, ideally with exposure to partnerships or talent management
  • Hands‐on experience supporting talent and partnership campaigns, from initial outreach through to execution
  • An interest in how to identify and secure talent that aligns with a brand's core values and audience
  • Experience in helping shape and deliver projects of any type within a defined budget, keeping an eye on costs while maintaining quality
  • A passion for the outdoors, music, entertainment, culture and community spaces, with a natural curiosity about what's happening in these worlds
  • The ability to deal confidently & with talent managers, talent and clients
  • Good negotiating skills
  • The ability to navigate difficult conversations, and to know when to call in support
  • Strong prioritisation skills, knowing what to focus on now, next, and later
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to be the voice of This Here and the brand you're working with
  • Ability to spot emerging trends and think creatively about how they can be leveraged for clients
  • Ideally, you'll have an understanding of the influencer and talent landscape, particularly within the outdoor, music, entertainment and lifestyle sectors
  • An existing network within these spaces is a plus, but more importantly, you should have the confidence to build one

Progression

This role would progress into Partnerships Executive / Senior Partnerships Executive based on your performance, ability, and meeting objectives.
