The Junior PM & Project Analyst role is responsible for owning and supporting the successful delivery of projects across the business. Working closely with the Senior Project Managers, stakeholders, and delivery teams, the Project Analyst will help coordinate project activities, maintain project documentation, track progress, manage schedules, and produce reports.
This role provides an excellent foundation for individuals looking to develop a career in project management, offering exposure to project governance, planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and change delivery.
As the role will have involvement in projects spanning the entire business, the role holder will gain significant exposure to financial services, banking, commercial and corporate affairs, liaising with departments, and executives across the business. The role holder will have every oppurtunity to progress in seniority and take on more and more responsibilities as they learn and grow with us.
