This is a senior role in our Strategy & Insight team, where we help clients make better decisions about how they attract, recruit, retain, and motivate people. That work takes different forms: EVPs built from research with leaders and employees; channel and content strategies for recruitment campaigns; audience insight that tells a client who they're really competing with for talent, and what it would take to win; and engagement and internal communications work that helps organisations keep and motivate the people they already have. This isn't a backroom research role. You'll be in the room with clients from the first conversation, and you'll:
- Lead your own projects end to end, from scoping and planning through to delivery
- Spend real time inside client organisations – interviewing partners and executives, running workshops and focus groups with employees, in the UK and overseas
- Turn what you find into clear strategies and recommendations that senior stakeholders act on
- Help clients embed their EVP and employer brand across large, complex organisations
- Translate data and research into propositions and themes that our creative team can base their work on and lead the pitch process to ensure the work is grounded in insight from start to finish.
- Line manage and develop junior team members.
