We're looking for someone who enjoys variety.

This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same.

You'll be involved in everything from running the warehouse and managing stock to helping customers solve technical problems, testing products and supporting our growing retrofit shower business.

If you're practical, organised, technically minded and enjoy helping people, we'd love to hear from you.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Technical Support & Aftercare

This is a key part of the role.

You’ll be helping customers, installers and merchants with technical questions, fault finding and aftercare support by phone, email and Whats App.

You’ll also

  • Testing new products and product samples.
  • Help create technical guides and simple training videos.
  • Support customers from first enquiry through to aftercare.

Some plumbing knowledge or experience would be a real advantage, particularly when discussing installations and fault finding, although it isn't essential if you're technically minded and keen to learn.

Warehouse & Stock Management

You'll be responsible for keeping the warehouse running smoothly by

  • Managing stock levels and inventory.
  • Picking, packing and processing customer orders.
  • Booking in deliveries and organising shipments.
  • Working with suppliers and couriers.
  • Keeping the warehouse organised and efficient.
  • Using Sage 50 to manage orders, stock and purchasing.

A growing part of our business is helping customers replace obsolete digital shower systems without having to retile their bathroom.

You’ll

  • Speak with customers about their existing shower setup.
  • Recommend suitable replacement products.
  • Process orders from enquiry through to delivery.
  • General Business Support

As a small, growing business, everyone gets involved.

Depending on your skills and interests you may also

  • Help maintain our website.
  • Create product and technical content.
  • Update price lists.
  • Look for ways to improve how we work and support our customers.

About You

We're looking for someone who is practical, organised and enjoys solving problems.

Ideally you'll have

  • Experience working in a warehouse or stock management role.
  • Good technical and mechanical problem‑solving skills.
  • Great communication skills and a friendly approach with customers.
  • Experience using Sage 50 (or similar stock management software).
  • The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

It would be a bonus if you have

  • Plumbing or bathroom industry experience.
  • Experience with heating or plumbing products.
  • Knowledge of digital showers or bathroom products.
  • Experience creating simple technical videos or guides.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • A varied, hands‑on role where you'll make a real difference.
  • Opportunities to grow with a successful and expanding business.
  • Friendly, supportive working environment.
  • On‑the‑job training in our products and systems.

Interested?

If this sounds like the sort of role you'd enjoy, we'd love to hear from you.
