Join us as a Work Planner at Thirteen Group! Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Work Planner to join our Repairs team on a full time basis working 37 hours per week for a 9 month period. This is a hybrid role, so you’ll be expected to work from our fantastic head office at Hudson Quay at least twice a week as well as remotely from home. This may vary, dependent on business and team need.

Key Responsibilities
- As part of a large team of Work Planners, you’ll work in a pod of three to schedule and plan work for your group of trade operatives.
- Make best use of resources to maximise productivity and performance.
- Contribute to reviewing and developing procedures that will enhance our customers’ experience.
- Liaise with a variety of teams across Thirteen to ensure our service runs smoothly.
- Complete a range of administrative and data input duties to ensure that information is up to date for monitoring and reporting.
