- Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a skilled
- Tenancy Sustainment Co-ordinator to join our team on a
12 month fixed term contract and make a real difference in the lives of our customers.
This is a roam role, so you’ll work in the community and from home.
We’ll need you to be flexible around business and team need, so you may need to come into the office when required.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver flexible, person-centred 1:1 support to customers.
- Provide advice and guidance on tenancy management, budgeting, benefits, and community safety.
- Support customers to reduce debt, improve financial inclusion, and minimise anti-social behaviour.
- Empower individuals to overcome barriers to independent living.
- Work in partnership with external agencies to maximise positive outcomes.
- Ensure the protection of housing assets through proactive tenancy support.
About You
- Experience in providing tenancy or housing-related support.
- You’ll have a good understanding of safeguarding, financial inclusion, welfare benefits and tenancy sustainment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload.
- Commitment to promoting independence and wellbeing.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle during working hours.
