Thirteen Group in Middlesbrough is seeking a Supported Housing Worker (Support Service Worker) to join our 24/7 service at Penrith Road. This role covers 33 hours per week across a four-week rota, including sleepover shifts.
You will support vulnerable families, develop individual support plans, and help them achieve independent living, budgeting, and tenancy skills, with opportunities for additional hours across schemes.
