Thirteen Group is seeking two Stock Condition Surveyors to work across our assets, contributing to the 5-year investment programme. This roaming role covers sites within our operating area, with an office base at Hudson Quay, Middlesbrough.
You will travel across our portfolio and produce detailed technical reports on property conditions.
You’ll be qualified in Building Surveying or equivalent, possess HHSRS accreditation, and bring hands-on surveying experience and strong communication skills.
