The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

Manage three to four programmes simultaneously across multiple sites.

Lead a team of multi-trade operatives. You’ll confidently be able to navigate and support your team throughout the full colleague lifecycle.

An advocate of our ‘Everything Safe’ health and safety culture. You’ll be the responsible person on site for all aspects of health and safety, including site inductions and regular site inspections.

Committed to ensure that programmes deliver value for money and that the quality of work is to the highest standard.

Assist the Investment Area Manager with the contract management of resources.

Record, report and monitor agreed KPIs and implement remedial action and work plans.

Confident with managing multiple sites and experience in contractor management.

Commercially aware and a technical ability to diagnose, probe and find solutions.

Experience of effectively managing a team of trade operatives. If you’ve also dealt with refurbishment works to occupied properties, that would be a plus.

An in-depth understanding of the management of health and safety at an operational level.

A continuous improvement mindset to help shape our service delivery and committed to delivering great outcomes for customers.

Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle to travel across sites when needed.
