Key Responsibilities
- Carry out plumbing repairs and improvements, ensuring high quality work and right first time approach
- Ensure homes meet the highest standards for customers, providing necessary tools, van and PPE
- Work according to job plans from Work Planners to focus on repairs at high standard
- Primarily work in the Tees Valley area (Hartlepool, Stockton, Middlesbrough), with occasional travel beyond; fixed shift pattern 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Wednesday
- Contribute to the TradePlus scheme, acquiring diverse skills to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
About You
- Experience as a plumber with NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing
- Skilled in general semi‑skilled work and eager to assist in various trades
- Must possess a valid UK driving licence
- Comfortable using digital devices or willing to learn; mobile and handheld devices used to allocate jobs and record completion
- Commitment to safe working practices and knowledge of health and safety regulations
