  • Fixed Shift Pattern - 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4pm on Fridays in summer. In the winter, these hours will be 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3.30pm on Fridays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our repairs team, to make sure our homes meet the highest standards for our customers. We'll provide you with a company van, fuel card, tools and any PPE you'll need for the role.
  • Jobs are planned for you by our Work Planners – so you can concentrate on carrying out repairs to a high standard, ensuring ‘right first time’ wherever possible.
  • Work primarily in the vibrant Tees Valley area (Hartlepool, Stockton, Middlesbrough), with occasional travel beyond.
  • Contribute to our ‘TradePlus’ scheme, acquiring diverse skills to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

About You:

  • Have relevant experience in plumbing and holds an NVQ level 3.
  • Skilled in general semi-skilled works and eager to assist in various trades.
  • Must possess a valid UK driving licence.
  • Comfortable using digital devices or be willing to learn. We use mobile and hand-held devices to allocate jobs and for you to record your completion of work.
  • A commitment to safe working practices and a good grasp of health and safety regulations.
