Role Overview: Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Lettings Lead to join our Housing and Communities team, as one of our new housing services leads. As an expert in lettings, you'll drive service transformation and provide advice and casework support on complex lettings and allocations decisions.
This is a roam role, so you'll work mainly from home and at least one day a week from our fantastic office at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough. We'll need you to be flexible around business and team need, so you may need to come into the office more frequently when required.
