Role Overview: Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Leasehold and Tenancy Lead to join our Housing and Communities team, as one of our new housing services leads. As our expert, you'll drive service transformation and provide specialised guidance and support on complex tenancy enforcement and leasehold enquiries.
This is a roam role, so you'll work mainly from home and at least one day a week from our fantastic office at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough. We'll need you to be flexible around business and team needs, so you may need to come into the office more frequently when required.
