Role Overview: Thirteen Group is on the lookout for an Empty Homes Lead to join our Housing and Communities team, as one of our new housing services leads. As subject matter expert on empty homes management and rechargeable repairs, you will drive service transformation and provide casework advice on complex empty homes, decants, and turnaround challenges.

This is a roam role, so you will work mainly from home and at least one day a week from our fantastic office at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough, as well as out in the community doing auditing and property inspections. We will need you to be flexible around business and team needs, so you may need to come into the office more frequently when required.
