Thirteen Group in Tees Valley is recruiting a Living Well Co-ordinator to join our Specialist Housing team on a permanent part-time basis.

You’ll provide housing management and support to residents aged 55+, helping them live independently in their own homes across sheltered schemes.

The role is roam-based, with travel to other schemes as required and occasional visits to our Hudson Quay office in Middlesbrough.
