Thirteen Group is hiring a Junior Solicitor (Property) to join our Legal team. You will provide practical, commercially focused advice on property transactions, development projects, leasehold issues and asset management, helping us deliver homes and services to our customers.
Working in a hybrid setup, you’ll spend 2-3 days per week at the Hudson Quay office in Middlesbrough and the rest from home, with flexibility to suit business needs.
