Thirteen Group is recruiting a Part Time Customer Ambassador to join our Repairs Team for 12 months. The role is 18.5 hours per week, covering Wednesday afternoons, Thursdays and Fridays, with a mix of home working and weekly time in our Hudson Quay office in Middlesbrough.
You’ll support customers from initial repair reporting through to completion, keeping them informed, coordinating administration and helping deliver a smooth repairs experience.
