Thirteen is seeking a Housing Services Co-ordinator to manage a patch of about 350 homes across Hull and surrounding areas, handling customer enquiries, ensuring rents are paid and homes let quickly to maximise income.
You will work with local partners, travel to the Hull team office and our Middlesbrough head office when needed, and bring proactive customer service, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to improve neighbourhoods.
