Join us as a Housing Services Co‑ordinator at Thirteen Group! Thirteen Group is looking for Housing Services Co‑ordinators as part of our team. We are hiring for full and part‑time, permanent and temporary roles, with opportunities over the next six months.
Key Responsibilities
- You’ll manage a portfolio of around 275 homes and be the main point of contact to resolve a range of customer enquiries, including rent collection, property lettings, and anti‑social behaviour issues.
- Build strong relationships with customers and local partners to resolve issues quickly and positively impact the neighbourhood.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Work within a large team and utilise training and support available; no prior housing experience required.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and be able to travel around the region in your own vehicle.
Qualifications & Skills
- Customer‑focused, with the ability to deliver a convenient and responsive experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of influencing, negotiating, and handling challenging conversations with confidence and respect.
