Join us as an Empty Homes Maintenance Technician at Thirteen Group! Thirteen Group is on the lookout for an Empty Homes Maintenance Technician (internally known as Empty Homes Service Technician) to join our Empty Homes team across our operational locations. You’ll play a key role in delivering a high-performing empty homes service, ensuring properties and surrounding areas are maintained to a high standard, helping us improve communities and prepare homes quickly for new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You’ll be ensuring properties are safe, clean and ready for re-let
  • You’ll be completing grass cutting, hedge trimming, litter picking and fly tipping removal
  • You’ll be responsible for jet washing, path cleansing and maintaining external areas
  • You’ll maintain high health and safety standards, including equipment checks and keeping work areas clean and compliant
  • You’ll be recording completed work and reporting issues accurately

About You:

  • You will have experience in environmental or horticultural services
  • You should hold PA1 and PA6 certifications for safe chemical handling
  • You’ll need a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across locations
  • You’ll have a strong understanding of health & safety, environmental standards and customer service
