Join us as a Customer Ambassador at Thirteen Group!

Thirteen Group are looking for a Customer Ambassador to join on a fixed term contract for 6 months. This role will be based within our 'Awaab's Law' team, who ensure we are compliant by identifying, investigating and resolving damp, mould, disrepair and other health and safety hazards within statutory timescales.

This is a hybrid role, you’ll work mainly from home and at least two days a week from our fantastic office at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough (Tuesdays and Wednesdays). We’ll need you to be flexible around business and team need, so you may need to come into the office more frequently when required.

This role has the potential to be made permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing a range of administrative tasks to ensure customers are kept informed throughout their repairs journey.
  • Maintain compliance with Awaab's Law requirements, ensuring all written summaries and communications are completed accurately and within timescale.
  • Support the review and continuous improvement of processes and procedures to enhance overall customer experience.
  • As a Customer Ambassador, you'll work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory and government requirements.
  • Working as part of a team, you will monitor and oversee emergency and Awaab's Law repair cases, helping to deliver a smooth, efficient and customer-focused service from initial report through to resolution.

  • You can demonstrate excellent customer service skills, and a genuine passion and commitment to delivering a first-class repairs service for every customer.
  • You demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - being organised, resilient focussed and professional in your role.
  • You communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with both internal and external customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
  • You’ll apply your customer service knowledge and experience to manage a variety of customer enquiries and requirements, ensuring compliance with government regulations and Awaab's Law.
