Location: Tees Valley
Salary: £15,434.32 per annum (yearly increments after Year 1). Once qualified, you can expect a salary of £40,894 per year, with opportunities to increase your earnings through overtime and on‑call work.
Duration: 54 month apprenticeship.
Interview Date: Wednesday 29th July 2026 at Stockton Riverside College.

- You don’t need experience — just the right attitude and motivation:
- Interest in electrical work or construction/trades

- Must not already hold a qualification higher than Level 2 in Electrical Installation and Maintenance
- Ability to travel to sites and college

What you’ll be doing:- Assist with electrical repairs and maintenance in our properties
- Learn how to safely use tools and equipment
- Support experienced electricians on site and gain practical experience
- Complete basic tasks and gradually build your technical skills
- Keep accurate records of your work and learning
- Follow health and safety processes at all times
- Take part in training, college learning and team activities
You’ll also learn how to provide a great service to our customers, treating their homes with care and respect.
