Thirteen Group is seeking a Head of Group Assets (Property Management) to lead the effective management of our property interests and maximise value across our diverse asset portfolio. The role will be responsible for facilitating and managing asset disposals and acquisitions, renegotiating property terms on existing stock, and overseeing the commercial portfolio to secure best value in both asset and income terms.
As Thirteen's lead expert on head interests, you'll provide clear direction on freehold, leasehold and complex tenure arrangements - ensuring Thirteen's ownership, control and financial position are protected and optimised. You'll offer authoritative advice that supports sound decision-making across day-to-day operations, working closely with colleagues across development, finance and asset management.
This is a hybrid role, with the time spent working from home and typically a day or two per week based at our modern Hudson Quay office in Middlesbrough. Flexibility will be required to attend the office more frequently in response to business and team needs.
