Thirteen Housing Group is seeking a Housing Services Co-ordinator to manage a patch of around 350 homes across York and surrounding areas, handling customer enquiries, ensuring rent is paid and homes are let quickly to maximise income.
You will help resolve anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood issues, delight customers, and turn them into fans of Thirteen as the landlord of choice.
A full UK driving licence is required and you’ll be part of a large team with training provided.
