Join us as a Senior Project Manager at Thirteen Group. We are looking for two dynamic and proactive Senior Project Managers to join our Transformation and Data team in Middlesbrough on a fixed‑term basis for 2 years.
Role overview
You will play a key role in driving the successful delivery of a high‑profile digital transformation project, ensuring it meets required cost, quality and business outcomes. This is a hybrid role; you will work at least three days a week from our Hudson Quay office in Middlesbrough, with flexibility to come to the office more often as required.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure successful delivery of projects within specified time, cost and quality parameters.
- Manage project activities to achieve specified business outcomes and objectives using the appropriate delivery methodology.
- Lead cross‑departmental project teams.
- Develop comprehensive business cases, assessing strategic alignment, costs and benefits.
- Advocate Agile ways of working while supporting project teams to fulfil their individual responsibilities.
- Step in for the Programme Manager where appropriate.
About You – Qualifications
- Extensive experience in project planning and management methodologies, especially Agile.
- Excellent organisational capabilities to manage priorities, achieve targets and meet cost and time deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and team working abilities to support effective cross‑functional collaboration and lead discussions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organisational levels with confidence and clarity.
- Experience in managing digital transformation and change within an organisation.
- Experience delivering HR and/or Finance transformation programmes, particularly system implementations, would be advantageous.
