Join us as a Senior Finance Business Partner at Thirteen Group! Thirteen Group is looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team in a strategic and influential role. You’ll provide high-quality financial insight and analysis, working closely with senior leaders to support decision‑making and drive business performance across the organisation. This is a hybrid role, so you’ll work mainly from home and at least one day a week from our fantastic office at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough. We’ll need you to be flexible around business and team need, so there may be times you’re required in the office more often.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial insight and analysis to support decision‑making and business performance
- Support the appraisal of investment opportunities, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives
- Provide financial support and guidance to operational areas and act as the primary financial contact for Executive and Service Directors
- Work across the organisation to develop robust budgets and forecasts to inform medium and long‑term financial planning
- Advise on improving business performance and achieving value for money
- Contribute to financial governance, reporting and risk management processes
About You
- Qualified accountant with membership of a recognised professional body
- Proven experience in financial forecasting, modelling and reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and solve problems
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and supporting strategic decision‑making
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Confident using financial systems and tools such as Excel to deliver insights
