This role is about far more than data analysis or reporting. We’re looking for analysts who bring clarity to complexity, people who can lead discovery, design better ways of working, influence stakeholders, and support delivery from early problem definition through to benefit realisation.

Hybrid role – work at least three days a week from our Hudson Quay office in Middlesbrough, with flexibility to come in more frequently when required.

  • Annual leave – starting at 28 days and rising to 31 days after three years, a day off for your birthday, plus bank holidays.

  • Simply Health – save money on common health expenses and get access to health and wellbeing support services.
  • T’dar – our Discount and Reward platform giving you huge savings on everyday brands.
  • Opportunities to buy and sell annual leave.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading end‑to‑end business analysis on complex, high‑profile transformation projects.
  • Shaping problems, running discovery, and turning insight into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Facilitating workshops that challenge thinking and create shared understanding.
  • Leading end‑to‑end process mapping activity, defining current (as‑is) and future (to‑be) states, and using this to shape solutions, challenge assumptions and align stakeholders.
  • Supporting business cases, benefits definition and benefits realisation.
  • Working closely with Project Managers, technical teams and change colleagues to ensure solutions deliver real value.

About You

  • Experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong track record on complex change.
  • Confident across the full BA lifecycle, discovery, requirements, process design and benefits.
  • Experience delivering HR and/or Finance transformation programmes, particularly system implementations would be advantageous.
  • Strong communicator who can influence, challenge and bring clarity to complexity.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative transformation environment.

This role has the potential to be made permanent.
