Key Responsibilities

  • Support our repairs team to ensure homes meet the highest standards for our customers; you’ll receive a company van, fuel card, tools and any PPE needed
  • Carry out repairs as planned by our Work Planners, focusing on high‑standard work and striving for right‑first‑time delivery
  • Work primarily in the Tees Valley area (Hartlepool, Stockton, Middlesbrough) with occasional travel beyond
  • Contribute to our ‘TradePlus’ scheme, acquiring diverse skills to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

About You

  • Relevant plumbing experience and hold an NVQ Level 3
  • Skilled in general semi‑skilled works and eager to help across various trades
  • Possess a valid UK driving licence
  • Comfortable using digital devices or willing to learn; we use mobile and hand‑held devices to allocate jobs and record completion
  • Committed to safe working practices and a good grasp of health and safety regulations
