Key Responsibilities
- Support our repairs team to ensure homes meet the highest standards for our customers; you’ll receive a company van, fuel card, tools and any PPE needed
- Carry out repairs as planned by our Work Planners, focusing on high‑standard work and striving for right‑first‑time delivery
- Work primarily in the Tees Valley area (Hartlepool, Stockton, Middlesbrough) with occasional travel beyond
- Contribute to our ‘TradePlus’ scheme, acquiring diverse skills to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
About You
- Relevant plumbing experience and hold an NVQ Level 3
- Skilled in general semi‑skilled works and eager to help across various trades
- Possess a valid UK driving licence
- Comfortable using digital devices or willing to learn; we use mobile and hand‑held devices to allocate jobs and record completion
- Committed to safe working practices and a good grasp of health and safety regulations
