Role Overview:
Thirteen Group is seeking 2 Personal Wellbeing Coaches to join our Employability team in Teesside, until 31st March 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred support and wellbeing interventions to a caseload of customers
- Undertake assessment and action planning with individuals
- Create a safe and trusting environment to facilitate supportive relationships
- Deliver interventions such as group work, IAG, advocacy, and coaching to achieve outcomes
- Develop and maintain relationships with external health and wellbeing partners for referrals and joint work
About You:
- You are comfortable engaging with participants through group sessions and one-on-one support
- You can effectively manage your caseload by prioritising your time
- You have experience working with diverse service users, empowering, empathising, and motivating, with trauma-informed strategies
- You understand challenges faced by those dealing with offending, addiction, and homelessness
