  • Employability Assistant x2 Support our Employability team to create positive outcomes for people who are not in employment, education or training, as well as anyone looking to change career or find a new job.
  • Customer Success Assistant x1 Join our Experience team, which works to enhance customer satisfaction and make sure customers are at the heart of all we do.
  • Touchpoint Assistant x3 As part of our call centre, you’ll develop customer service skills and see how the team delivers first class customer experiences.
  • Control Room Assistant x1 Gain an insight into our control room operations and understand how we keep customers safe in their homes.
