Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Net Zero Engagement Co-ordinator to join our Environmental Sustainability team at Hudson Quay. At Thirteen, we’re committed to reducing our environmental impacts, our ‘take control’ campaign sets out our priorities to make Thirteen a greener organisation, with all colleagues having a part to play by taking responsibility of their impacts. This is a roam role, so you’ll work mainly from home and at least one day a week from our fantastic office at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough. We’ll need you to be flexible around business and team need, so you may need to come into the office more frequently when required.

Key Responsibilities:
- You’ll be helping us to develop our road map to decarbonise our homes, reduce our environmental impacts and increase our energy efficiency, to provide healthy efficient homes for our customers.
- You will support the Net Zero Technical Manager to effectively deliver our new decarbonisation net zero approach, forming a key link between the delivery team and customers.
- Throughout the delivery of the net zero measures, you will be working with the customers to understand their experience before, during and after the investment is completed.
- You’ll then be using this insight to further refine our approach to improve the customer experience of future investment schemes.
About You:
- Your experience of working with our customers will be crucial in this role as you will need to ensure they have a clear understanding of what is being delivered, the impacts during delivery and the benefits once the works are completed.
- You’ll be able to demonstrate experience of dealing with customer complaints and of building effective relationships with customers.
- You will also have a good understanding of energy efficiencies and interpretation of data to influence the organisations strategic approach to Net Zero outcomes.
- Ideally, you’ll have a PAS 2035 qualification.
