Join our team as a Multi-Trade Operative at Thirteen Group! We provide you everything you will need for this role - a company van, fuel card, tools and any PPE required! We're looking for a dedicated Multi-Trade operative to join us, with relevant experience in the trade and be educated to a NVQ Level 3 in the relevant trade.

Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a dedicated Multi-Trade Operative to join our growing Empty Homes team in 2026 across Yorkshire and Humber.   • You’ll have the opportunity to join our overtime rota, paid at time and a half, and call‑out duties for up to £26.71ph (increasing April 2026)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support our repairs and maintenance department, to make sure our homes meet the highest standards for our customers.
  • Jobs are planned for you by our Work Planners so you can concentrate on carrying out repairs to a high standard, ensuring ‘right first time’ wherever possible.
  • Work primarily in the vibrant Hull, Yorkshire and Humber regions, with occasional travel beyond.
  • Contribute to our ‘TradePlus’ scheme, acquiring diverse skills to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

About You

  • Skilled in general semi‑skilled works and eager to assist in various trades.
  • Have relevant experience in the trade and be educated to NVQ level 3 in the relevant trade qualification.
  • Must possess a valid UK driving license.
  • Comfortable using digital devices or be willing to learn.
  • A commitment to safe working practices and a good grasp of health and safety regulations.
