Responsibilities

  • Carry out joinery repairs and improvements, ensuring homes meet the highest standards and are ready quickly for new customers.
  • Work primarily in the Tees Valley area (Hartlepool, Stockton, Middlesbrough) with occasional travel beyond.
  • Follow a fixed shift pattern of 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Wednesday.
  • Contribute to the TradePlus scheme, acquiring diverse skills to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a joiner and holding NVQ level 3 in Joinery.
  • Skilled in general semi‑skilled works and eager to assist in various trades.
  • Must possess a valid UK driving licence.
  • Comfortable using digital devices or willing to learn; mobile and hand‑held devices are used to allocate jobs and record completion.
  • Commitment to safe working practices and a good grasp of health and safety regulations.
