Responsibilities
- Carry out joinery repairs and improvements, ensuring homes meet the highest standards and are ready quickly for new customers.
- Work primarily in the Tees Valley area (Hartlepool, Stockton, Middlesbrough) with occasional travel beyond.
- Follow a fixed shift pattern of 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Wednesday.
- Contribute to the TradePlus scheme, acquiring diverse skills to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience as a joiner and holding NVQ level 3 in Joinery.
- Skilled in general semi‑skilled works and eager to assist in various trades.
- Must possess a valid UK driving licence.
- Comfortable using digital devices or willing to learn; mobile and hand‑held devices are used to allocate jobs and record completion.
- Commitment to safe working practices and a good grasp of health and safety regulations.
