Key Responsibilities

  • Support our Repairs and Empty Homes teams to make sure our homes meet the highest standards for our customers.
  • We’ll provide you with a company van, fuel card, tools and any PPE you’ll need for the role.
  • Jobs are planned for you by our Work Planners so you can concentrate on carrying out repairs to a high standard, ensuring ‘right first time’ wherever possible.
  • Work primarily in the Tees Valley area (Hartlepool, Stockton, Middlesbrough), with occasional travel beyond.
  • You’ll have a fixed shift pattern of 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4pm on Fridays.
  • Contribute to our ‘TradePlus’ scheme, acquiring diverse skills to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

About You

  • Relevant experience as a Joiner and you’ll have NVQ level 3 in Joinery.
  • Skilled in general semi-skilled works and eager to assist in various trades.
  • Must possess a valid UK driving licence.
  • Comfortable using digital devices or be willing to learn.
  • A commitment to safe working practices and a good grasp of health and safety regulations.
  • We’d particularly be interested in hearing from female applicants.
