Buy/Sell Annual Leave Key Responsibilities You’ll manage a patch of around 275 homes, and you’ll be the go-to person to resolve a range of customer enquiries. This could include working with customers to ensure that rent is paid, making sure that homes are let quickly, and resolving any anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood issues. Build great relationships with our customers and local partners to resolve issues quickly. You’ll think differently to make business decisions that have a lasting, positive impact on our neighbourhoods. Delight our customers and turn them into real fans and advocates of Thirteen.
