Buy/Sell Annual Leave Key Responsibilities You’ll manage a patch of around 275 homes, and you’ll be the go-to person to resolve a range of customer enquiries. This could include working with customers to ensure that rent is paid, making sure that homes are let quickly, and resolving any anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood issues. Build great relationships with our customers and local partners to resolve issues quickly. You’ll think differently to make business decisions that have a lasting, positive impact on our neighbourhoods. Delight our customers and turn them into real fans and advocates of Thirteen. Our vision is to be the most trusted housing association with happy customers. You’ll be part of a large team of over 180 colleagues, so support and guidance are constantly on hand. Training is provided so you don’t need to have any housing-related experience. As the front face of Thirteen, fantastic customer service and relationship-building skills are key.
