Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Group Finance Business Partnering Manager to join our Finance team. This is a hybrid role. You’ll work mainly from home and at least one day a week from Hudson Quay. You may need to come into the office more frequently when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the finance business partnering team to support our organisational objectives through effective financial appraisal support and high‑quality business partnering.
  • Provide expert input into business cases, strategic investment decisions, and long‑term forecasting.
  • Deliver strategic financial analysis and insight to support decision making and drive business performance.
  • Co‑ordinate budgeting and forecasting across directorates to support alignment of resources to strategic objectives.
  • Advise on methods for improving business performance and value for money through analysis of financial positions and options.

Qualifications

  • Hold a recognised accounting qualification with significant post‑qualification experience.
  • Be an excellent manager, with a track record of leading, coaching and developing teams.
  • Have skills in financial modelling, appraisal and scenario analysis, with expertise in evaluating complex financial data.
  • Be capable of confidently handling complex problem‑solving situations, including managing organisational change activities.
  • Be an excellent communicator, building relationships and effectively delivering learning sessions and presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Have experience in financial forecasting and modelling the financial consequences of operational decisions.
