Join us as an Empty Homes Maintenance Technician at Thirteen Group! You’ll play a key role in delivering a high‑performing empty homes service, ensuring properties and surrounding areas are maintained to a high standard, helping us improve communities and prepare homes quickly for new customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring properties are safe, clean and ready for re-let
  • Completing grass cutting, hedge trimming, litter picking and fly‑tipping removal
  • Responsible for jet washing, path cleansing and maintaining external areas
  • Maintain high health and safety standards, including equipment checks and keeping work areas clean and compliant
  • Recording completed work and reporting issues accurately

About You

  • Experience in environmental or horticultural services
  • Hold PA1 and PA6 certifications for safe chemical handling
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across locations
  • Strong understanding of health & safety, environmental standards and customer service
