We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Communications and Marketing Specialist to join our Communications and Marketing Team. You’ll be responsible for leading our digital communications channels, ensuring they are optimised for high performance and planning, delivering, and evaluating accessible communications that meet the needs of our customers, partners, and colleagues.
Salary: £45,666 per annum
Annual leave: Starting at 28 days, rising to 31 days after three years, a day off for your birthday, plus bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Customer Communications and Marketing Manager in planning, developing, delivering, and evaluating agile, effective, and informed digital communications strategy and activity.
- Lead the planning, creation, execution, and evaluation of our digital communications, including a digital editorial calendar.
- Oversee the management of analytics tools and digital platforms, including website CMS, intranet, CRM, and social media.
- Ensure digital communications are accessible, clear, concise, useful, and engaging.
- Shape and deliver customer-facing digital communications that are relevant and timely, meeting WCAG standards, prioritising inclusive and accessible design, and ensuring every user can easily understand and act on the information we provide.
- Use insight, data, and user research to build a deep understanding of our diverse customer base, their behaviours, digital habits, and communication needs, ensuring all digital activity is shaped around what matters most to them.
- Create digital content in a range of formats, including producing and editing videos and leading photography, to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to and we fulfil the diverse communications needs of our varied audience base.
- Evaluate our digital communications activity, helping us understand the impact and continuously refine engagement strategies.
